我們是誰
Blue Maths（bluemaths.com）是一個跟香港課程的數學學習網站，由一位香港退休數學老師和家人營運。如對私隱有任何問題，請電郵 hello@bluemaths.com。
不登入時
你可以不登入使用 Blue Maths。這時所有學習紀錄只儲存在你的瀏覽器（你的裝置上），我們收不到，也看不到。
登入時我們收集的資料
- 帳戶資料：你的電郵地址。如你用 Google 登入，還有 Google 提供的名字、電郵地址及頭像連結。我們不會取得你的 Google 密碼，也不會讀取你的電郵、檔案或其他 Google 資料。
- 學習資料：學生檔案（暱稱、年級、顏色）、練習及測驗紀錄、錯題、徽章、熟練模式進度，以及老師自訂的題目。這些資料用來在你的不同裝置之間同步。
- 登入紀錄：登入時間、IP 地址及瀏覽器資料，用於保安及防止濫用，例如限制傳送登入碼的次數。
我們怎樣使用資料
只用來讓你登入，以及同步和保存學習進度。我們不會出售資料，不會用作廣告或推廣，也不會分享給其他人，以下列出的服務供應商除外。
服務供應商
- Cloudflare：網站寄存。
- PlanetScale（經 Cloudflare 連接）：資料庫，位於東京。
- Resend：寄出登入碼電郵。
- Google：只在你選擇「使用 Google 繼續」時，用來確認你的身份。
Cookie
我們只使用記住你已登入，以及記住你選擇的顯示主題所需的 cookie。沒有廣告、追蹤或分析 cookie。
兒童
Blue Maths 給小一至中三學生使用。我們建議由家長或監護人登入及管理帳戶，一個帳戶可以有幾位學生。學生檔案只需要暱稱，不需要真實姓名或任何聯絡資料。
保留及刪除
帳戶及學習資料會保留至你刪除帳戶為止。你可以隨時在「帳戶」頁刪除帳戶，雲端上的學習紀錄會一併刪除；裝置上的資料則由你自行管理。
登入紀錄在登入期限過後刪除。
你的權利
根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》，你有權查閱及更正我們持有關於你的個人資料。請電郵 hello@bluemaths.com。

Privacy Policy
Who we are
Blue Maths (bluemaths.com) is a maths learning website that follows the Hong Kong curriculum. It is run by a retired Hong Kong maths teacher and family. For any privacy question, email hello@bluemaths.com.
Without an account
You can use Blue Maths without signing in. All learning records then stay in your browser on your own device; we never receive or see them.
What we collect when you sign in
- Account details: your email address. If you sign in with Google, also the name, email address and profile picture link that Google provides. We never get your Google password, and we do not read your email, files or any other Google data.
- Learning data: student profiles (nickname, year and colour), practice and quiz records, mistakes, badges, drill progress and questions written by teachers. We keep these to sync them between your devices.
- Sign-in records: sign-in times, IP address and browser details, used for security and to prevent abuse, for example to limit how often codes can be sent.
How we use it
Only to sign you in and to sync and keep learning progress. We do not sell data, use it for advertising or marketing, or share it with anyone except the service providers below.
Service providers
- Cloudflare: hosting the website.
- PlanetScale (through Cloudflare): the database, in Tokyo.
- Resend: sending the sign-in code emails.
- Google: only if you choose “Continue with Google”, to confirm who you are.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember the colour theme you choose. There are no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.
Children
Blue Maths is for students from P1 to S3. We recommend that a parent or guardian signs in and manages the account; one account can hold several students. Student profiles need only a nickname, with no real name or contact details.
Keeping and deleting data
Account and learning data are kept until you delete your account. You can delete it at any time on the Account page, and the learning records stored in the cloud are deleted with it. Data on your own device stays under your control.
Sign-in records are deleted when the sign-in expires.
Your rights
Under Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you may ask to see and correct the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@bluemaths.com.
Changes
If we make an important change to this policy, we will post it on this page and update the date. See also the Terms of Use.
